The genes screened have been expressed in E. coli, Bacillus, yeast and Aspergillus vector-host systems. We have established four mutation technologies; UV, chemical, gamma-ray and atomic shock. Biotransformation of natural substances: Nutrazyme, Ya-Maek and Da-Ae <br />We have launched functional food product called "Nutrazyme series" and other nutraceuticals called "Ya-Maek" and "Da-Ae" using biotransformation and extraction technology. There are so many glycons in nature. Enzyme can be used to cut the glycosides and transfer glycoside part to other compounds.
