The new factory will meet the demand growth both domestically and for the export arena. The product offering includes a full line of solid and engineered flooring featuring woods from around the world in a variety of colors and surface treatments. The new factory broke down each step in the manufacturing process and identified the quality-critical elements. From that analysis, Dongguan factory developed corrective and preventive actions to assure acceptable quality for each product run. The changes of new plant have made in the control of raw material quality, its moisture, and subsequent processing consistency. The factory is ISO certified and is the recipient of a National for excellence from the Chinese government Office of Quality. <br />A new international management team has also been brought together by president Jacky Chueng to support the extensive capital investments that have been made at the Dongguan site.
