Our American engineering and western style communications make for rapid, reliable and value added services. <br /> <br />Our factory plastics machine processes are thick wall vacuum forming, acrylic/ PMMA fabrication, plastic heat bending, injection molding, blow molding, CNC and laser cutting. Vacuum forming products include thick wall parts, assemblies and complete products with expertise in ABS, PS, PMMA, PP, PETG, as well as custom lamination and co-extrusion plastic. Thicknesses are up to 10mm and sizes are up to 2,800mm x 3,000mm with deep draw capability to 800mm. We build our tooling in house to control quality, schedule and confidentiality. We also do distortion and pre-forming silk screened parts. We have in-house <br />equipment and experience to handle secondary operation including CNC machining, bonding,ultrasonic welding, silk screening, painting, lamination, assembly and others. <br /> <br />Acrylic / PMMA processing includes fabrication, heat bending, CNC machining, polishing, bonding, laser cutting/etching, to make components, assemblies and complete products.
