A high level of meat production and production of meat products is guaranteed by severe internal control, the part of which is also the HACCP system. The high level production enables quality and safe products. In 2007, the company was awarded the HALAL Certificate and the concerned for the future growth of quality of products and final products as Kosaki TMI D.d.ll as quality level of all work process performances led to the acquisition the ISO 9001:2000 CERTIFICATE. Our product assortment contains products made from beef and pork meat and it contain from several groups of products: Parboiled program: French sausage, Viennese sausage with vegetables, Frankfurters, hot dogs, pizza sausage Semi preserved sausages: Ham roll, sandwich sausage, Carniolan sausage, stuffed Hamburg bacon, beef sausage, normal sausage, bacon sausage, backed old forest salami Preserved sausages: Home-made dry sausage and dry salami, Pohorje salami, Kulen, wholemeal salami, Habakuk ham, .. Preserved meat: Roller bacon, pressed delicatessen bacon, pressed beef ( the whole program belongs to the Health protection line) Habakuk ham Cooked sausages: Black pudding sausage, fried sausage, pate classic Dry meat product program: Smoked neck bacon, shoulder, breast tips, ribs, back, knuckle (the whole program belongs to the 1 quality class without additives, colorings, no meat additives Fat products: Hamburg bacon, minced lard spread, scratching with fat Halal products: Kulen, Tea salami, Bosnian Sujuk, Albania Sujuk, dried beef The capacity of cattle slaughter line is 25.000 whereas pig slaughter line is 120.000 pieces per year. The production of processed meat and fresh meat products of pork, veal and bovine meat is of 3.000 tons of product per year.
