- About Us : The Company MPC started by projecting Industrial Machines for textile, tannery and tannery waste industries, creating a mechanical workshop specialised in precision and applying up to date new technology. The company is divided in five main departments to manage together the complete sphere of activity: DEPARTMENT OF PROJECTS, RESERCH, TECHNICAL DEVELOPMENT AND PROTOTYPE MANAGEMENT This department is managed by a high level experienced projector in the textile and tannery world. Here a continuous research and development of new technology and solutions for creating new machinery is carried out. To obtain and offer up to date innovations for the textile, tannery and tannery wasted industry. Projects and development process of machines are carried out with object to contribute to the Made in Italy of textile and tannery products. PRODUCTION DEPARTMENT Realisation of all Mechanical details, with the aid of a CNC machining centre to develop prototypes and subsequently industrial machines for commercialisation. QUALITY CONTROL DEPARTMENT Here Visual control of dimensions and geometry is carried out, using up to date manual and electronic (certified ISO 9001) measuring instruments, permitting MPC to guarantee perfect quality with all the necessary certificates. ASSEMBLING AND FINAL INSPECTION TESTING DEPARTMENT. Here assembling of prototypes and machines for commercialising is carried out. A careful and thorough final inspection is made, and all testing for a correct function of the machines and most of all a correct function of the security systems are verified to assure safe guard of any operators designated to use the machines. COMMERCIAL DEPARTMENT In any company the commercialisation of the products is important. This department operates at International levels with the help of agents through out the world, as MPC perforating machinery product is commercialised in all corners of the world. MPC will be participating the most important International Exhibitions regarding their products.
