All the raw material and products was imported from Portugal at that time. For example, natural corkwood, cork granule, agglomerated cork sheet and slab, decorative cork wall tiles and floor tiles, rubbercork, natural and agglomerated cork stopper, etc. In 1993, our company invested to set our own factory for producing agglomerated cork sheet and slab in China. Nowadays, the agglomerated corksheet produced by our factory has come to the good quality level to completely compete with Portuguese corksheet but our price is 25% or more lower than Portuguese. Therefore, our agglomerated corksheet has dominated Taiwan market since 1996. From 2001 on, the production quantity of our factory is expanded in order that we can start to supply other world-wide markets.
