Introdution of Limestone dryer Limestone dryer is widely used in building materials, metallurgy, mineral processing, chemical industry, cement and other industries. It is mainly used in slag, limestone, clay, river sand, quartz sand, water slag and other high moisture, large proportion of materials. Limestone production line is mainly composed of rotary cylinder, air diversion equipment, high speed dispersing equipment, lifting board, self cleaning device, transmission device, conveying equipment, hot air equipment, reducer, supporting device, sealing device and so on. 2. Drum Dryer Principle of Limestone dryer (1)The limestone is delivered to the hopper by belt conveyor or bucket hoist, and then through the feeder through the feeding pipe into the feeding end. (2) The inclination of the feeding pipe is greater than the natural inclination angle of the material so that the material can flow smoothly into the mine dryer. (3) The dryer cylinder is a rotating cylinder with a slight inclination to the horizontal line. As the rotating material of the cylinder moves to the lower end under the action of gravity, the wet material is directly or indirectly fed by the heat carrier during the forward movement of the cylinder, so that the wet material can be dried and then sent out by a belt conveyor or a screw conveyor at the discharge end.
