  CFRT UD Tapes adopt new materials that can replace metal and plastic CFRT UD Tape – Continuous Fiber Reinforced Thermoplastic UD Tape is a unidirectional thermoplastic tape reinforced by continuous glass fiber impregnated with resin (PA, PP, PET, PE, etc.) and laminated together (one ply fiber reinforcement thermoplastic composite tape). PP Matrix Thermoplastic Prepreg ?Reinforcement Feature •Unidirectional ?Resin Matrix •PP, PE •PA, PET, PETG ?Reinforcement •Glass Fiber (E-glass or others) •Content: 50%~70% The width of CFRT UD tapes can be chosen from 50cm to 120cm and the thickness from 0.2mm to 0.4mm. We offer Continuous Fiber Reinforced Thermoplastic UD Tapes in 3 different types: CFRT PP UD tapes (Continuous Fiber Reinforced Thermoplastic-Polypropylene); CFRT PA UD tapes (Continuous Fiber Reinforced Thermoplastic-Polyamide) ; CFRT PPS UD tapes (Continuous Fiber Reinforced Thermoplastic-Phenylenesulfide). Each is specific in size (width and thickness), resin matrix and price. With the achievement of these CFRT tapes, TOPOLO is carrying on the development of other advanced resin prepregs like PETG and HDPE for our fiber reinforced thermoplastic UD tapes
