Hot press forming is used to fabricate head plates that are very thick or made of special materials. Our company can fabricated more thicker dished heads with max 5000mm in diameter and 250mm in thickness.When diameter is above 5000mm, we shall make new tooling for hot press. For examples, Attached dished heads specification is AH2800*50mm, we fabricated by Hot press and export those dished heads to our Taiwan Customer Formosa. Normally Heat treatment will be done after hot press in order to recover the plates original property. and request to done MT for the entire both surface.
