Recessed Chamber Filter Press With PLC Control Chamber Filter Press is the type of filter press that only use chamber filter plates, no diaphragm(membrane) squeeze plates. Chamber filter press can not perform secondary squeezing after the filling process completed. as a result, chamber filter press usually are not as effective as diaphragm filter press in reducing water content, however, chamber plates are only half prices of diaphragm plates, so initial investment and operation cost would be less. it is especially suitable for those jobs that has higher tolerance for remaining water content. Meanwhile we also developed a new type of high pressure chamber filter press, its filtration pressure can reach more than 1.2 MPa; with this pressure, it can acheive similar results as diaphragm filter press.
