Single Stage Coal Gasfier for Sale 1. Introdution of Coal gasifier for sale The single-stage coal gas generator is an all-water jacket structure for continuous gas production. The air from the blower is mixed with the 0.29MPa steam produced by the furnace body to form saturated air as gasification agent. Through the check valve, it enters the gas furnace through the bottom of the gas furnace, and the block coal is broken. Screen, size 20-50mm, or 50-100mm, gas from the gas furnace through gravity precipitator, cyclone dust remover, through the gas pipeline to the user. 2. Working principle of Coal gasifier for sale After screening coal according with gasification process index, coal feeder is added into gas furnace, and self-produced steam and air mixture gas is pumped from the bottom of furnace as gasification agent. Coal is produced by physical and chemical reactions in the furnace to produce combustible gas. The upper section gas is filtered by cyclone oil remover and electric trap.
