Process & operating principle V-process casting machine is only adopt dry sand (no water ,no binder,no tagger). Then take use of heated EVA film covering on the mould to seal the flask. After taking out the air from the flask by the vacuum pump,the sand mould will be tightened by the pressure difference. Pouring to form the casting, in this period , keep the flask in the vacuum state. This process use no chemical material ,it release little dust and low noise, so it's a physics molding way. Also it's an efficient and cost-effective Machine.
