Verbiage agreed via e-mail <br />Buyer bank Issue Soft probe to seller for Verification. <br />Buyer sign, seal and return the Draft to Seller for Seller signature and seal <br />Seller countersign and seal the Draft Contract and return to Buyer via e-mail <br />Seller issue 6 (six) Hard Copy Original Contract with sign, seal and send to Buyer via courier. <br />Buyer sign seal the Hard Copy Contract and return 3 (three) copies to Seller via courier not <br />later than 5 (five) Banking days.
