Having this reputation over 40 years, Saf Plastik was established <br />in 1965, and is currently doing production in two manufacturing sites, over <br />22.000 sq meter closed area. <br /> <br />With its integrated system, Saf Plastik is able to produce flexible <br />packaging in: Flexo, Rotogravure and together with our sister company; <br />Offset printing. <br /> <br />Our machine park consists of; <br /> <br />- 3 Flexo Printers ( 1x6 color & 2x8 color - upto 1400 mm web ) <br />- 2 Rotogravure Printers ( 9 & 10 color - upto 1450 mm web ) <br />- 10 PE Extruders <br />- 2 Laminators ( Solvent Based & Solvent Free - upto 4 layers ) <br />- 7 Slitter / Rewinders <br />- 14 Bag producing machines (inc: Wicketed, Patch/Loop Handle, 3 Side Seal, <br />Doypack) <br /> <br />With our sister company, we are also able to produce material with Offset <br />Printing (upto 6+2 colors) <br /> <br />We also have our own Graphics department where we are able to work on <br />designs in various formats, and also produce our own Cyrell Plates for <br />Flexo printing, and engrave our own cylinders (over 3000 cylinders) for <br />Rotogravure printing. <br /> <br />With experience over 40 years, we have been providing flexible packaging in <br />sectors including: Food (Dry, Wet & Frozen), Detergent, Hygenic Products, Pet Food, Beverages, Ketchup & Mayonaise. <br /> <br />We are also doing production to various countries including; UK, Ireland, France, Italy, Holland, Germany, Romania, Ukraine, Russia, Belgium, Egypt, Israel, Morocco, ect.. <br /> <br />In order to provide faster and more effective service, we also supply warehousing in the UK, in which we could hold on to our customers materials for 60 days. <br /> <br />With our 41 year experience and also by serving various multinational companies, we are sure to provide you the best possible service, quality <br />and price.<br><br>
