- About Us : Recently operational small manufacturing enterprise, financed by the EU. Sedna Foods Trading Enterprise Co Ltd registered company, our activity is to transform locally produced fruits and vegetables into savoury snacks/chips, free from artificial colorings, additives, preservatives. And healthy foods and safety. Our processing unit fully observes foods hygiene, sanitary norms and regulations. Our personels are well trained. We collect, handpicked, fresh banana from arround the island early in the morning and processed the same day. We keep tracability of our products. The fruits are grown in backyard gardens, or in intensive cultivations. The bananas are cultivated free from chemical sustances, which gives it's unic taste and flavour. Only the finest qualities are selected. We are introducing very shortly (herbs& spices/hot chilli/unsalted ) still under R&D. We are also introducing very shortly sweet potato/breadfruit/casava/edoes chips still under R&D. We have a capacity of 300kg per day. We are currently suppling renound stores in Mauritius namely super u chain, topshop chain and small supemarkets in major cities in Mauritius.
