Ceramic liners have an expected wear life of 25 years. Unicast Slurry Valve: The Ceramic Lined Valve (CLV) is a recent Unicast innovation designed specifically for the transport of slurry. The streamlined internal design of the valve eliminates turbulence and cavitation due to high abrasive environments. The operator-controlled gate provides immediate seal, eliminating wear caused by leakage. Unicast Abrasion Resistant Rubber Liners: Unicast abrasion resistant rubber includes three proprietary rubber compositions with different strengths and hardnesses to suit all applications. Pressure-molded to ensure highest density. Customized to suit. Perfect-fit design. Unicast Apron Feeder Pans Unicast Apron Feeder Pans are cast using a work hardening alloy (Austenitic Manganese Steel M2) for high impact resistance. The bolting surfaces are machined to ensure 100% contact when assembled to the drive chain. Test-assembled for exact fit.
