- About Us : Brief Company History In 1983 Dayao Funeral Homes started Vintage Metal and Wood Casket Manufacturing Enterprise located at Uniquely St. Sto. Nino Marikina City. We brought In skilled casket makers from all over the region to start up and later on transferred the skills to local laborers in the City. We set up a complete Line of production from carpentry, metal sheet bending to painting and Interior upholstery. One of our major clients then was Loyola Memorial Chapels. We catered from their lowest wooden casket plan to their elite Metal and bronze caskets. In 1984 we opened our first Funeral Parlor Peace Memorial Chapel in Kamuning Quezon City. We survived the funeral business for only a year in the area since our client were mostly from Marikina. We close And open a new one, Holy Name Memorial Chapels located at #6 Bayanbayanan Ave. Concepcion, Marikina City in October 1985. We also continued are casket production and gradually increasing our market share locally. We had served both high and low end members of the community till end of 2007 when my father, Benjamin Dayao Jr. proprietor of Holy Name Memorial Chapels finally handed to me the business which now registered under my wife�s name as Proprietress, DAYAO FUNERAL Homes. Registered with the Department of Trade and Industry Philippines Certificate No.00101608. We have expanded our casket production and currently exporting to the different Importers worldwide. We had also introduce our new line of infant to child caskets. We are continuously developing new products to serve the world better in term of Environmental development. On December 4, 2008 we came up with a new business name, EGB Dayao Casket Export Enterprises to handle more on our International Transaction focusing more on our casket export operation and foreign funded projects.
