Today, Enka Süt has operation capacity of 1000 tons of milk per day via qualified personnel at modern facilities having 15.000 m2 closed area. Vitamins and minerals found with nature of fresh milk are protected by pasteurization process performed in accordance with international norms and the milk is treated into end product at production facilities equipped by state-of-the-art technology.
