All the mechanical & electrical drawings for same is approved by M/s Mecon Ltd. Ranchi. We have executed jobs under M/s Mecon Inspection for M/s Usha Ispat Limited. Maharashtra, presently it is M/s Tata Metaliks Limited. 40/12 Ton Hot Metal Ladle Crane 2 Nos. & 5 Ton Goliath Crane 1 No. & M/s Neelachal Ispat Nigam Limited. Orissa.15 Ton x 38 Meter Span Double Girder Magnet crane 2 Nos. & Hoist & Under Slung Cranes. Other than above steel Plant Customers, we are regularly supplying Steel Mill Duty cranes & other equipment to M/s Sesa Goa Ltd, M/s JSPL, M/s JSW, M/s Sunflag Iron & Steel Company, M/s Tata Metaliks Ltd, M/s Essar Steel Ltd, M/s Musco etc & CEMENT PLANTS. INFRASTRUCTURE COMPANYS & other private public sectorsAs a special product we have supplied 20 Ton capacity Hot Billet handling rotating beam type crane to M/s Sunflag Iron & Steel Company. Limited. Bhandara.In the month of February 2008, we have supplied, commissioned & handover 2 Nos. 160 Ton x 24 Meter Span Double Girder Gantry Cranes to M/s Afcons Infrastructure Limited for handling/loading 300 Ton x 40 Meter Long Pre Cast Girder.For same site we have supplied 160 Ton 2 Nos. Trolleys to shift the same Girder at launching location, which is capable to neigociate with curve and slop. This trolleys are travelling approx 4.5 Km with this girder.We have developed new product Launching Truss for M/s Afcons Infrastructure Limited. for M/s DMRC project. Launching Truss has got 60 Ton Under Slung Hoists & on its top 15 No. Trolleys having 60 Ton capacity each. 60 Ton concrete segment is lifted by the Under slung Hoist & given to the above mounted Trolleys. In this manner the Truss is able to hold 15 quantities of 60 Ton Segments each with the help of the trolleys.
