• About Us : The Company was established in Sharjah, UAE during the year 1993, as a manufacturer and exporter of an extensive range of Mens and Womens apparels. It has established its specialization in the manufacturing of Bottoms for the US market.The Company is located at the apparel park in the SIPCOT industrial area of Irungattukotai, Chennai. It is located on the highway betImperial Readymade Garments Factory India Pvt Ltden Chennai and Bangalore and is about an hours drive from Chennai airport.FactoryThe factory is set up in a builtin area of 100000 square feet on 5 acres of land. There is an additional 3 acres in the same premise set aside for expansion. The factory is centrally airconditioned and provides an excellent environment to produce quality garments. The factory is set to house a total of 1000 machines. It has been planned in two phases. Initial set of 500 machines is in operation since April2007 and has the capacity to produce 100,000 bottoms per month. The next phase of expansion which is schedule in 2009 will house an additional 500 machines to increase production capacity by 250,000 units per month of both tops and bottoms. The factory has an inhouse washing plant geared to perform all specialized washes and is also equipped to do various washes on denim including various other dry processing. It is supported by a recycling plant to ensure zero discharge of effluents.The factory provides transportation and subsidized lunch facility for all the workers and is also equipped with a creche and a medical room to take care of the workers needs.
