- About Us : <br> <br>Introduction: <br />The main Iron Ore Concentrate producer for Iron Making by Direct Reduction in Iran. <br />Beside of Iron Ore concentrate the Company Produce also up to 1,000,000 ton/year crushed Iron Ore for using in Blast Furnaces in Iran as London Aviation Company S.All for Export purpose. <br />The Company was established on June 1992, as a Private Joint Stock Co. Later, on 21st April 2003 the legal status of the company changed to Public Joint Stock Co. and has been registered on Tehran stock exchange. <br /> <br />ISO & Integrate Management system: <br />The certificate of Management System (ISO 9001)2000 was issued on 2003/03/06, under supervision of London Lloyds' Co. and has been renewed yearly, based on vigilance auditing and continuous training programs. <br />In order to implement Environmental Management System (EMS) (ISO 14001) and Occupational Health & Safety Management System (OHSAS 18001) and also Integrated Management System (IMS), the relative contract has been concluded with the Consulting Co. and it is expected that within the first half of the Iranian year 1385, the IMS certificate would be issued and the above mentioned systems will be implemented. <br /> <br />Products and capacities: <br />The Nominal capacity of each Line by 54-55% Fe content of Plant Feed is forecasted to be 1.4 Mio ton/year .But thanks to more production hours due to shorter Maintenance time and Improvement of Magnetic separators, at least 15% capacity increase has been achieved in Last year. <br />The Fe-Content of produced Iron Ore concentrate is 67.5% Min with Max 0.05% phosphorus. <br />Beside of Iron Ore concentrate, 600,000-1,000,000 ton High grade Iron Ore with Fe-Content above 61% is exploited by selective Mining for Production of Blast furnace Iron Ore, Which will be crushed and screened in a private Plant in the neighbourhood of Mine for Production of Lump and Fine ore. <br /> <br><br>
