Product Details
For grain hopper silos we have Flat bottom silo type and Conical bottom silo type,we separate them according to silo volume.Both them are made of corrugated steel plate, normally galvanized to 275 g/ m2. Hopper angles can be 45° and 60°,among which 60° conical bottom is usually used to store larger pellet and powder materials with high viscosity. Grain Hopper Silos Details : Body Plate : By Hot Dip Galvanized Steel Plate, 275-600g/m2 Galvanization Bolts and Screws: Hot Dip Galvanized, Strengthened, with hex flange for Max Sealing Enforcement Rib Stiffeners: Sidewall stiffeners are manufactured from min. 350 N/mm² tensile high strength steel . This type of stiffeners easily transit the vertical loads during loading or unloading, environment loads of the silo. Wind Ring: Hot Dip Galvanized For additional support for higher wind areas, the wind ring is attached directly to the stiffeners.
