    Our steel shot goes through smelting, forming, selection, quenching, tempering, crushing and screening production procedures. Proceeding secondary quenching treatment to refine the grain, make products internal micro structure more compact, and enhance the impact toughness,the micro structure from Marten site become Bainite. The Hollow particles<5%. Precise size control make the products meet the America SAE J444 standard, our customer used our product, said quality same with ERVIN. And fatigue life is 2800-3000 times. Our steel shot chemical composition contains C:0.8-1.2%, Si: 0.4-1.2%,Mn:0.6-1.2%, s<0.05%,p<0.05%. Our steel shot can used for shot blasting, sandblasting, shot peening in fettling, steel plate surface preparation,steel structure, pipeline,body section,container, the wild electricity equipment, locomotives, port machinery,crucial parts, airplane landing gear etc.
