We always use super high tenacity and low shrinkage filament Yarn for production process, we can twist any count, plies and TPM as per the client’s needs. Both middle tenacity (7.0g/d) and high tenacity(8.0g/d) is available. We can deliver heat-setted yarn(thread) in dye tubes ready for dyeing or in paper tubes. Make up 1.0kg, 1.5kg, 2.0kg, 3.0kg with knotless. Also,we can make up any meters (or weight) with king-spool for dyed finished thread as customer’s requested .We usually produce from Dtex55/2, 55/3, Dtex74/2,3 ,110/2,3 to dtex 3300/2,3,6,9,16 , package:1.0kg,2.0kg,3.0kg knotless, 250gr,500gr,1.0kg,2.0kg on spool
