    Ni-based bimetallic barrel is processed by vacuum sintering cladding. Base material for body: superior pre-hardening material 4140, high pressure resistance. Alloy powder: nickel-base self-melting alloy powder from American Wall Colmonoy Corporation. Characteristics: extreme wear resistance, good corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance. Hardness: 50-60 HRC. Service life: 4 times than produced bimetallic barrel processed by high temperature Centrifugal casting. Application: Halogen free plastic, the high abrasion, corrosion materials adding high fibre, carbon fiber, mineral fiber, ceramic, magnetic powder, metal powder etc.
