Main Composition: Albendazole Properties: Albendazole is a very effective anthelmintic which acts by preventing worms from utilizing glucose. Glucose is not absorbed and the parasite's glycogen become depleted and the worms are not able to synthesize Adenosine triphosphate ( A.T.P.) , which is essential for survival. Indications: It is indicated for the treatment of different worms infestations such as tape, round, lung worms and liver flukes in livestock and poultry. It is effective against Larvae and adult stages of liver fluke. Dosage and administration: For Oral Administration. Horse: 5-10mg per 1kg of body weight Cattle and sheep: 10-15mg per 1kg of body weight Swine: 5-10mg per 1kg of body weight Dog: 25-50mg per 1kg of body weight Poultry: 10-20mg per 1kg of body weight Withdrawal period: Cattle: 14 days. Sheep: 4 days. Swine: 7 days Poultry: 4 days Storage: Store in a dark place and sealed tightly.
