And all payments are made through the Bank; wire transfer “Buyer's Bank to Seller's Bank” only; never through Refinery accounts or within refinery facilities. - *Routh Diamonds* - Seller deposit the diamonds with their Kimberley at Brinks or Malca Amit or Ferrari or G4S or similar - that will transport to the destination. Buyer pays shipping - the verification of the diamonds is in accordance with the manifest then immediate payment from Buyer's bank to Seller's bank. - *Copper Cathodes* - FOB Bonded Warehouse at Zambia (Ndola, Kitwe)/ Tanzania (Dar es-Salaam)/ South Africa (Durban) PAYMENT TERMS: BUYER shall make payment 100% to the seller via TT or SWIFT MT103 WIRE TRANFER against SKR Document to be issued from licensed international bonded warehouse.
