Roller press is a new type of energy-saving cement grinding equipment developed in the mid-1980s. As a replacement of the ball mill pre-grinding system of high energy consumption and low efficiency, roller press can reduce steel consumption and noise. It is suitable for the grinding of cement clinker, raw materials (limestone, sandstone, etc.), gypsum, coal, quartz sand, iron ore, blast furnace slag and other materials. The roller press is composed of a frame, two rollers, a transmission, a torque support, a roller shell, a feeding device, a hydraulic (pressurizing) system, a main bearing lubrication system, a dry oil lubrication system, and an electrical system. The roller press manufactured by NHI has the advantages of compact structure, small size, high productivity, low power consumption, simple operation and maintenance, etc. Compared with the pulverizing system of same production capacity, roller press can improve the productivity by 30% to 40% and decrease the power consumption by 20%-30%. The roller press generates lower dust and noise than other grinding equipment, improving the working environment, it also can reduce the capital investment significantly. The equipment can meet the grinding demand in cement production line under 5000t/d.
