    Hydrophilic Silicone Oil 3206E is a new synthetic technology synthesis of ternary copolymer structure of  quaternary ammonium salt modified hydrophilic excellent soft finishing agent. At room temperature, in the acidic and weak alkaline conditions are quite stable, it especially suitable for overflow machine in the cylinder when the pH is not more than 8, and making the soft process more convenient, dyeing without the cylinder to pull the cylinder too soft, thus saving time and water and electricity. Gives the fabric a softer, silky and plump feel, and has excellent hydrophilic propertrties, treating cotton fabric hydrophilic for 2-3 seconds.
