• About Us : 4s knitwear ltd "4s Knitwear Ltd" situated in Bangladesh is a manufacturer knitwear garments industries. We accompanied almost 4000 sft area in one floor. We basically manufacture men's, boy's, baby's, ladies's t-shirts. We used to export our product specially in Middle-east and some parts of Europe and Africa. Our layout for production start from the cutting to finishing. At this moment we are working with 2 lines with 36 Plain machines, 12 Overlock machines, 12 flat bed machines and a pair of button hole and button stitch machines which are computerized and Our production limit per month is for Basic t-shirts 1,00,000 pcs and for Polo t-shirts 45,000 pcs. The production capability may vary from different design to design. We uses boiler for finishing and our capacity for finishing is as per our production. We have 62 operators and 30 helpers with 2 line chief 4 supervisors and 7 Quality controller, for the cutting section we got one cutting master with 2 associate cutting master and 4 helpers, in the finishing section we have 4 iron mans with 2 helpers, 4 folder man, 4 packing man with 9 helpers.
