Indirectly, it is through the benefits to health, 5th District of Pangasinan Dairy MPCll-being and the many other economic and spill over benefits derived from having a viable local dairy industry.VISION:To make available to Filipinos, especially the citizens of the 5th District of Pangasinan, heretofore unavailable fresh and alternative healthful and locally produced source of Dairy Milk and Milk products.And, in doing so provide local farmers with alternative and competitive markets for their commodity produce, thus enhancing their income and business opportunities.MISSION: To reach a production level of 10,000 liters per day of pasteurized fresh milk, and in doing so; To produce as a byproduct, at least 1,000 head per year of cattle, 500 of which are dairy animals and 500 of which are grower animals. To establish and demonstrate, economically viable dairy modules of at least 300 head size whose secondary purpose is to provide the support infrastructure for would be small holder dairy farmers. To establish a premium brand name for dairy milk and products which will become famous and known for best quality and consistent competitive price. To establish and maintain a world class HACCP milk processing facility. To establish a local distribution infrastructure To establish a customer base of corporate accounts making uo at least 30% of total capacity.
