We are in the business of buying and selling large overstock or closeouts inventories. Here are the important points that you need to know: 1. We sell to the secondary market and will not affect your regular channels of distribution. 2. We have very low operating expenses and can offer more than most of our competitors. 3. We are not there to steal your goods but rather work with you to eliminate some of your temporary inventory problems as we are a necessary entity for a lot of manufacturers especially in this economy. 4. We are not brokers and make offers to purchase the goods outright and not presell them. 5. We use a a few warehouses across the country (MN, CA, NJ) to ship all our products depending on the FOB point. 6. We have many contacts overseas in order to move goods off shore if need be to remote countries like Ukraine, Romania, Russia. 7. We don't sell to any mass merchants or and large discount stores chains. You know who they are and you don't need us for that. We buy from major manufacturers such as Hasbro, Jakks Pacific, K'Nex, Lego, RC2 Corporation, Funrise and also work with some Manufacturer Rep Groups such as: R.L.
