We have 30 years of experience in Aluminum casting and 5 years of experience in S.G.Iron / Graded casting. Fully automatic load controlled Induction furnace.2. Online carbon silicon analyzer for casting grade control during melting.3. Online temperature measurement facility for quality control.4. Sand and Mould testing Lab.5. Microscope with image analyzer to check and analyze microstructure of casting.6. Spectrometer for detailed chemical analysis (Out sourcing).7.
