The factory located in Puchong, Selangor, is equipped with the latest Swiss and Japanese technology in sheet metal fabrication to fulfil the ever increasing demands of its customers. Some of the equipment procured for the manufacturing process are the CNC Bystar 3015 laser cutting system, Amada CNC Hydraulic turret punch press machine, Amada NC Hydraulic press back machine and programming software, Amada shearing machine, Nordson powder coating system, mixing and dousing gasketing machine and the Panasonic robotic welding machine. A capable team of in-house designers are responsible for the innovative and creative designs of custom-ordered products of individual customers while the production team comprises of experienced skilled workers trained to handle the equipment and fabricate the end-product according to customer specifications. Aero Metal Fabricant's quality products, which are marketed under the 'Aerobox' brandname and other customised orders can be found locally and overseas.
