We have dedicated fin presses, hair-pin bending & u bend lines for 9.525 mm, 12.7 mm and 15.875 mm OD tubes. Vertical & Horizontal expanders, automatic brazing unit further helps to produce large quantity of coils. Using coil bending machine L, U, J and circular coils are made with perfection. All coils are 100% tested with nitrogen under water and dried in the oven to remove the moisture. Our knowledge of tube size, tube pitch, placement and material construction, fin size, range, surface and material construction deliver precise and predictable performance for OEM, replacement or retrofit customers. Aflag flexible manufacturing platform including expert design services, prototype programs and full production capabilities are available to meet customers unique coil requirements. On demand we provide inner grooved tubes to enhance the cooling performance and coated aluminum fin for maximum protection from the corrosive environment.
