The Plastic Factory manufacture different types of Water Tank, in addition to Road Barries, Open top Tanks, A / C Trays, A / C Cover, Shower Trays and Flower Boxes. The Road Barriers are manufactured from tough molded UV stabilized polyethylene. They are easy to carry, transport, stack, store and put together. Al Bassam barriers can be filled with water to add weight in terms of stability. The Fiber Glass Factory can supply GRP Panel Tank, Car Sheds and Water Tanks. Among all materials Fiber Glass has been recommended to avoid water infections and allied diseases. Comparing with other materials Fiber Glass has best quality, easy handling and quality retention of stored water. Al Bassam GRP Panel Tanks are manufactured under European Standard using high quality of Raw Materials. All materials used have been rigorously tested for suitability with potable water. All non-metallic materials including adhesives carry current approval by the Water Research centre UK. They have also been thoroughly tested for mechanical properties and long-term degradation at various laboratories and proved with actual field performance. These tests form the basis of the production Quality Contol testing. The design of each panel was modeled using the latest finite element analysis method. The computer model allowed subtle changes to be made in thickness and geometry of the panels such that stresses and deflections could be minimized prior to final design tool manufacture. Wheras, the Raw Materials factory can process all forms of LLDPE in different colors. The Fourth factory is PET bottles Factory that produce Bottles of 5 Gallons.
