As the Buyer, we are seeking to enter into a long term contract with a gold dust or gold Dore Seller capable to ship on CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight) basis to the Buyer's refinery in the USA. To attest to Buyer's capability to pay for the gold product, after signing the contract, the Buyer will instruct his bank to issue to Seller's bank MT999 Proof Of Funds (POF) SWIFT, authenticated, banker to banker, with full bank responsibility and liability, stating that the funds are in the Buyer's account set aside for that transaction and the Buyer can pay for the product when it reaches the Buyer's refinery. So the Seller is secure, the TITLE of the shipment always stays in the Seller's name until they are paid for it full by Wire Transfer.
