The concept of the company was to specialise in helping Electronics Companies reduce their costs and time spent on the purchasing of Printed Circuits without compromising on the quality or delivery of the product. The company has continued to grow and maintain these work ethics. ALR Services is now one of the largest PCB brokers in Europe and is able to boast an enormous spend on Printed Circuits. This enables us to offer ALR Services customers excellent prices together with superior quality and a service that is second to none. Through our network of manufacturing facilities both in the UK and Offshore, we are able to ensure that each particular Pcb type is placed at the production site that is most suited to that technology, quantity and delivery. From the moment that you first contact A.L.R. Services, you can be assured that your requirements will have our best attention. Each and every quotation request is fully evaluated in order to ascertain its technological level, quantity, quality and delivery attributes. From this information we are able to assess which of our facilities will be most suited to manufacturing that particular requirement thus ensuring that we can produce the best product, delivered on time, and at a price that is competitive. Once the price is agreed and an order placed ALR monitor and progress the job through to completion, ensuring that product conformance and delivery schedules are adhered to. Once a week all customers receive an email updating them on the situation on each and every outstanding order We know that your business depends upon the quality of our business and likewise. ALR Services are approved to BS EN ISO 9001:2000. All of our suppliers are reviewed on an ongoing basis on their level of service to us in order to ensure that our objectives are being met. At the same time we regularly carry out a review of a random selection of our customers to ensure that we are consistently meeting and exceeding their expectations. The results from these reviews also allow us to plan and implement improvements to our systems, helping to smooth the purchasing path. We are able to supply boards that are approved to UL 94 V0 and are happy to provide certificates of conformance. All boards that we supply are manufactured in accordance with IPC-A-600 specifications. For many of our customers the reason that they choose ALR as their source for PCBs is our ability to successfully satisfy all of their delivery requirements. We are able to supply boards on 24hrs lead-time for technology up to 2 Layer PTH circuits and 48hrs for up to 4 Layer Multilayers. Our standard lead-time is 10 to 15 working days for UK manufacture and 15 to 25 working days for deliveries from our offshore facilities. Once a week all of our customers are sent an update on all outstanding orders by email For many of our clients we provide Consignment, Kanban and Buffer Stock purchasing models. These systems can drastically improve lead-times and supply chain costs.
