In Slovakia the AMBRA Group's presence is exerted by trading company operating as Soare Sekt Slovakia, which distributes products included in the assortment of the Czech company. In Romania the AMBRA Group holds 51% of shares in the leading producer and distributor of sparkling wines, brandy and champagnes for children - of S.C. Zarea S.A. The Romanian company of the AMBRA Group owns the leading brands in that market, such as Zarea (sparkling wines and vermouths), Milcov (brandy) and Corrido (sparkling wine based beverage).
