American Crane & Tractor Parts, Inc. specialize in new after-market replacement parts for Caterpillar earth-moving equipment. In over 25,000 square meters of warehouses, we stock more than 44,000 line items for Caterpillar equipments and 37% of our inventory is manufactured by OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturers). We have six locations in the U.S. -Kansas City, Dallas, Knoxville, St. Louis, Reno, and Miami and we export to more than 70 countries worldwide. We strictly test the products we sell and provide six-month warranty. We rebuild most of the major components (transmissions, torque converters, differentials, pumps, cylinder heads, short & long blocks, cases and housings, so we are able to quality control parts in our own shop and only sell parts that meet our strict specifications. Most companies advertise quality, but do not use the product they sell. We offer a fast and easy order system where you can check availability of the parts, prices, country of origin, and even brand name of the part to make sure that you have no surprises when you receive the parts. You do not need any complicated software programs in order to use it. You can use this system 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, so you do not have to wait for us to get to work and quote you to quote your customer or place an order. We also offer custom label in order to help our customers. You can put your company's logo on part labels when you order from us. When your order is printed, so are the part labels with your own logo. With this service your customers can only see your company's label on the parts they order from you and would not know that they come from us. You would not have to worry about your customer finding us and trying to order directly from us or you would not have to worry about repacking the parts before putting them on your stock. As you know, no one company in our industry can produce everything with the excellent quality that we are offering to our customers which is why we work with so many different suppliers and keep the parts in the manufacturers' own boxes and do not hide the products in our own box. If you order a Timken bearing you will receive it in Timken box, if you order a Clevite piston and liner kit, you will receive it in Clevite box not in American Crane Box. Because we want you to know what you are getting and also let your customer know what they are getting from you. We also offer excellent freight service. Because of our high volume shipping that we do everyday we are able to get good rates from most carriers and pass this discount to our customers. We work with all well known carriers and freight forwarders and our experienced sales people are here to assist you with necessary documents that are needed for custom clearance. We also give our customers a choice to use whichever carrier or freight forwarder they choose to use. Because of the large stock and state of the art inventory control system we are able to ship out your orders the same day you place your orders.
