- About Us : Amreya Metal Company (AMC) is a 100% subsidiary of United Company For Foundries (UCF), a Citadel Capital s Platform in the metallurgy and foundry sectors and the largest group of foundries in Africa and the Middle East with a Production capacity of excess of 80,000 tons of molten metal per year. Amreya Metal Company was established in 1979 to produce metal casting ac products with a specialization in the production of grey and ductile iron castings. AMC plans to triple its production capacity to 14,400 tons per annum. The foundry is also engaged in the casting, machining and assembly of automotive parts serving a diversified customer base that includes pump and valve manufacturers as Amreya Metal Companyll as local automotive assemblers. Foundry production lines: Furnaces: ABB, inductotherm Moulding: 2013 DISA Matic, DISAMATIC, Jotl Squeez, Roll Over Shoot Blasting: Raga All processes and products are tested and controlled by an up to date metallurgical and metrological on site laboratories. Furthermore, the company owns 3D measuring machines for precision quality assessment. AMC maintains a QMS that conforms to the international standard ISO 9001:2008. AMC is TS16949 - 2009 certified. AMC produces the following products: Castings and machined parts AMC produces Iron and steel castings for several applications, which is delivered directly to clients. Brake discs and drums are machined and either delivered directly to OEM's or packed and distributed in the aftermarket. Front and rear assembly for passenger and commercial vehicles CKD, are imported from OEMs and are assembled in the company using our locally manufactured brake discs and drums. Our list of products includes the following: Austenitic stainless steels for cement & oil industry (Cr. Ni 2520 & 2512). Different wear parts for cement industries. Grey and ductile iron (GG15, G 20, GG 25, GGG40, GGG50, GGG 55,etc. Other Castings: refrigerators compressors parts Crank Shaft, pump casings and impellers, textile industries spare parts Roads, Gears, Fly Wheels, valves Gate, Butter Fly, Ball).
