CAPABILITIESDESIGNAnandsheel Hydraulics have a team of experienced design engineers and project managers who have a vast amount of knowledge in all aspects of electro hydraulic component and power unit design for all sectors of industry. These innovative designs have to satisfy stringent safety and performance targets. The units can be built to customer specifications. All designs are carried out using CAD 3D solid modeling software that enables large assemblies and small detailed components to be processed in the same time scale and format. To enhance this FEA software is incorporated to enable simultaneous analysis to be performed throughout the design process.All designers and project managers have hands on site experience and knowledge of the selection of hydraulic components and fittings.ASSEMBLY & TESTING A wide range of products are assembled, repaired and tested from in-house and bought out components to suit customer requirements. The product range from individual pilot valves to major hydraulic items, including pumps, valves, actuators, manifolds and associated pipe work including welding and X-ray. Every valve, pump, manifold and system (including electrical interface) is 100% tested to ensure integrity and delight the customer. We also test to customer specifications if required and provide full traceability. MANUFACTURINGAnandsheel Hydraulics machine shop is capable of Honing bores up to 500mm diameter and 6000mm length Turning up to 300mm diameter and 1000mm between centers Milling (horizontal and vertical) Cylindrical, surface and centreless grindINSTALLATIONWe understand that in todays manufacturing environment, the installation period has to be kept to an absolute minimum. Everyday that the machine is not available is lost production.
