• About Us : Anhui Jincen Automobile Science & Technology Co., Ltd. formerly named as Anhui Jincheng FRP development Co., Ltd. was founded in 1995, situated in No.8 ANHUI JINCEN AUTOMOBILE S&T CO., LTD.iwu road, Shuangfeng industrial zone, Hefei, P.R.China. After decades of development, it has grown into a medium-sized enterprise with annual sales turnover up to tens of millions RMB and 400+ employees, covering an area of 130, 000 sqm. As the central unit of China association of composite materials in Anhui, Jincen specialized in R&D and manufacturing of FRP in every possible application. We&＃039;ve been in close cooperation relationship with famous institutes such as Beijing Institute of Aeronautical Materials, Hefei University of Technology, China Electronics Technology Group Institute No. 38 etc. Our products range cross the industries of auto, rail transit, aviation, military and other fields, including FRP interior & exterior parts mainly for commercial vehicle, bullet train and aircraft, on-board toilet and cooling box, injection plastic products. Design and molding are also our provision. Our export of FRP parts and on-board toilets targeted mainly to Southeast Asian countries, Korea, Germany, Australia and Ukraine. Our R&D Center has been ranked as the municipal R&D center of Hefei city, possessing a continuous innovation and science & technology achievement transformation abilities. Also we are a forthgoer and expert in manufacturing on-board toilet in China and presided over drawing up of QC/T768-2006 - the bus industry standard for flushing toilet. A number of national patents were fruited. We have a solid background of producing capacity and management skills, with hot pressing, injection plastic, foaming and plastic uptake series of manufacturing process. Our production facilities include automatic spray-up machines for gel coat and resin mixed fiberglass, RTM injection machine, CNC machining center, hydraulic press machine, injection plastic machines, plastic uptake machine etc. We also have experimental equipments such as test platform for the complete toilet unit, drying experiment machine, high temperature oven, gloss meter, colorimeter and so on.
