The aim of the company was to design and develop quality positive displacement pumps. Today the products developed by the company has gained good acceptance in the Indian market and industries. The company has since grown steadily at the rate of @15% annually and established in the market with nationwide dealer network for prompt sales and service. Product Profile and R& D: ANI ENGINEERS product range includes positive displacement rotary gear pumps in CI, CS and SS and other special material of construction in various sizes and capacity range. Our pumps are sold under brand name of ANIVARYA and are designed and manufactured inline with API and other international standards. The company has a well equipped Quality Control and Performance Testing department for final product performance testing and R& D purpose. The design department is equipped with CAD facility. Factory and Machine shop: The factory is situated in the notified GIDC area of Wadhwan which is 120 Kms from Ahmedabad and well connected with road and rail route. The factory building is built on an area of 600 sq. Meters with total land area of 2000 sq. Meters. Different sections like Turning, Machine section. Assembly & Testing, R. M. And Casting Yard, Finished component Store, Finished goods store, Account, Design and Marketing office etc. Are made for smooth and effective working. Adequate ventilation as well as primary infrastructure is created to increase the overall efficiency of employees. The machine shop includes differnet sizes of lathes, drills, shaping machine, milling machine, cylinderical and surface grinding machines, gear hobbing machines and hydraulic testing machine for testing department. The machine shop is handled by well qualified and experienced engineers and supervisors. The testing department is well equipped with all test and measuring instruments and gauges to check the pump performance parameters. This enables us to offer our products for inspection and testing to the customer or any third party inspecting agency. With above facilities and a work procedure with strict quality control, we are earning good name for our products in the market. Q C & Testing Facility: We are following the Quality Assurance Plan for every product manufactured. It includes inspection of materials received in the stores, sample inspection of every operation of each job carry our in the shop floor, final inspection of components as well as final product etc. Naccessory documentation is made for the inventory control and record of each pump manufactured is maintained with every technical details. For the special job, works order is made with instruction of special features and circulated among every responsible persons of the oraganisation. All proccesed parts are checked 100% for its dimensional compatibility and tolerances as laid per the quality assurance plan. The performance testing is carried out on all the assembled pumps with respect to its capacity and power consumption at differential pressures. The test bed includes1. Oil storage tank of capacity 600 liters and 4000 liters. 2. Instrument panel for recording the power. 3. Fixtures for mounting different sizes of pumps. 4. Motors of differnt rating. 5. Viscocity measuring intsrument. 6. Sight glass for recording the flow. 7. Digital Tacho meter for measuring motor speed. 8. DB meter for measuring noise level. Authenticated and Audited.
