• About Us : Only eight years ago, in 1989, a small group of business professionals founded Apex Plastics Company, the first Company of the Apex Group. With a clear policy aimed toward future development and extensive experience in PVC, they quickly succeeded in producing semi-finished products whose quality is now known the world over. Ltdces, such as wood, Apex Plastic concentrated on expanding their total production output. Eventually, The key founders of Apex Plastics saw the need and opportunity to concentrate more in the other related fields of the petrochemical industry. With insight, determination and persistance, they slowly added other related business to the Apex Plastics Group. Finally, in August 1997 the most recent addition Apex Petrochemical Co., Ltd. was brought on-line with the production of five grades of PVC resin. At this time, the Apex Group consist of the following four companies. 1) Apex Plastics Company Limited manufacturing PVC sheet, artificial leather, pond lining, linoleum floor covering and rigid PVC. 2) Apex Petrochemical Company Limited manufacturing PVC resin. 3) Ao Chemicals Company Limited manufacturing the Plasticizers-Dop (Dioctyl Phthalate) and Dinp (Di-Isononyl Phthalate) . 4) Star Universal Company Limited manufacturing finished consumer products from the PVC sheet and artificial leather made by Apex Plastics. All the companies in the group have enjoyed exceptionally rapid growth by supporting and complementing each other in the PVC chain to make a complete cycle
