About Us : Arpacilar Polyester was established in 1996. arpacilar polyester established our factory on a place of 2000 meter squares. It compose of three cooperators. Those cooperators are Mahir, Eyup and Hikmet Arpaci. They are brothers. Mahir Arpaci is the general manager of our factory. Hikmet Arpaci is the product manager of our factory. And Eyup Arpaci is the leader of our employers. 20 employers work in our factory. We are a manufacturer of Fiberglass, sheet metal, ABS bus and truck body parts & components. We produce 30. 000 pcs bus and truck body parts every year. We have 5 pcs 100 tons, 5 pcs 300 tons and a piece 1000 tons hydrolides presses. We also have 2 pcs 60 tons eccentric press, CNC sheet metal shaping machine, 12 pcs welding machines and many more. Moreover we have a cnc mold machine. There are two pieces polyester injection machines in our factory. We have 3D digitaiser set to produce mold. We have started SMC (sheet molding compound) producing procedure since 2007. We can produce everything which a client wants in our sector.
