The panels are manufactured by laminating pre-painted chromadek steel, stainless steel, aluzinc, aluminium or galvanised steel to either a polyurethane or flame retardant expanded polystyrene core. The panels are joined together and sealed by a male/female lock-formed joint and the thermal insulation integrity is ensured by a rebate in the core. Atlantis panels have their own door manufacturing plant and engineering section and Atlantis Panelsll qualified project and contract management staff to tackle projects all around the globe.
