AXA PARENTERALS LTD. Has set up a new sterile manufacturing facility first time in Uttarakhand (excise free zone) for sterile formulations. The plant is already in production both for LVP & SVP. The state of art plant uses latest form fill seal (FFS) technology and plant has been designed as per USFDA and EU regulatory guidelines. AXA has installed two FFS machines from Rommelag Germany, one dedicate for Large Volume Parenterals (500 ml & 100 ml) and other for Small Volume Parenterals (10ml, 8 ml, 5ml & 3ml) . Axa should also be able to offer products packaging in 300ml and 250ml by end December 2007. Key distinct advantages what AXA can offer: Plant is located in excise free zone of Uttarakhand thus can offer significant savings on LVP and SVP products. Dedicated one Rommelag FFS machine each for LVP and SVP with stage 2 expansion to be completed with installation of another two FFS machines by July' 2008. Unique and new bottle design, with an option to exchange engraves logo on bottle as per choice itself. Ready and cost effective distribution centre to service the key Indian markets of Uttranchal, UP, Haryana, Punjab, J & K, M. P. , Delhi and Rajasthan. Strong QA / QC and R& D department with latest & sophisticated equipments. Commitment and assurity that manufacturing will comply strictly with principle norms and procedures. Dedicated team of management and professionals. A unique prism-shaped container of multi dose units for eye / ear drops and single dose container in 5 ml & 10 ml for WFI, NS and other injectables. The state offers C. S. T. at a concessional rate of 1% , which facilitates our customers to directly distribute their consignments to their dealers.
