We have total process of manufacturing under one roof. We design all our products on the latest 3D software modules, design all die casting tools also on 3D and then produce them on CNC machines only. We manufacture door hardware in Brass forgings, Zinc Die Cast, aluminum die cast and aluminum Gold anodized. Window hardware is manufactured in zinc die cast only for upvc and aluminum windows. We have world-class machines in all the areas of manufacturing, such as die-castings, high-speed automatic buffing polishing, all kinds of electroplating processes and precious plating. To sustain the high finishes we ultimately coat all our products with very quality electrophoretic lacquers. We have a team of highly experienced software and mechanical engineers and highly dedicated work force which enables us to maintain the quality standards, which is the requirement of the market-place today.
