We also export to a host of other diversified destinations in Africa, Europe, Middle East, South America & South Asia. Today our products are exported to over 30 countries across 5 continents. We have won some major International Tenders viz. Mauritius, Sri Lanka, Ethiopia, Jordan, Oman, Zimbabwe, Nepal Telecom etc. Besides we have strategic alliance with Atlinks, Hong Kong (a Thomson subsidiary) for manufacturing telephones under GE brand for their global requirements. We are also suppliers of telephones to Telefonica, South America and have recently signed up sourcing contract with France telecom for their global requirements. Bharti is well positioned as compared to its counter parts in South East Asian countries and has the competence to manufacture and export high quality, cost effective telephone sets. With the changing needs of the customer and ever-growing volumes, Bharti has also upheld concepts of value engineering and product enhancement. Bharti has Centre for Excellence with the state-of-the-art Surface Mounted Technology (SMT) machines from Philips, Holland. We feel pride in submitting that our Design and Development Department is well equipped with capabilities like In-House Industrial & Engineering Design, by CAD (Unigraphics) and Environmental test laboratory for conducting reliability and life tests. Also we have an in-house R&D unit recognized by the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India. We have a wide range of over 35 models in Basic, Trim Line & Feature Phones category. We have attractive shapes of Cordless, Caller ID, Speaker, Boss Secretary, Hands Free & 2 line models catering to corporate and residential requirements. We also provide SMS phones (end terminals) for fixed networks, Fixed Cellular Terminal (FCT) and Fixed Cellular Phone (FCP) We have launched Broadband products in the market which includes ADSL Modems USB as well as Ethernet (Asynchronous Digital Subscriber Line), ADSL Combo, Wireless Network Adapter, Router, VOIP Phone and STB Set Top Box, DECT Phones.
